The photo can be changed  .It comes with 2 brass swivel pins to  hold the back plate in.

The bud vase you can add flowers real or artificial.

These could be a memorial piece Or a picture of a loved one

Bud vase holder can be straight as pictured or slanted on the heart to the right so flowers go to the side.Leaving room for a verse.
