Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

All of our items are hand made specifically to order, meaning we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your order must fall under one of the following criteria:

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item arrived defective or broken

Reporting an Issue

Please inspect your parcel upon arrival. If there is any problem with your order, notify us as soon as possible (within 48hrs of receipt) so we can do our utmost to resolve it for you promptly.

 

 

 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days (depending on your card issuer).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again to ensure the transaction hasn’t posted.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank. It can often take up to 7 business days for financial institutions to officially clear and post the funds to your account.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Because all products are made to order, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind.

If you need to request a replacement for a damaged or defective item, please send an email with your order number and photos of the issue to info@craft-blanks.co.uk, and we will be glad to assist you.
