MISSING PARTS OR ITEMS
Please check all orders upon delivery for missing or broken parts and contact us within 48 hrs of receiving your parcel so we can either send a replacement or refund. After this time you may be asked to pay postage charges.

Napkins
whilst we try to our best to label napkins correctly for copyright and usage purposes occasionally a mistake might be made, therefore it is your responsibility to make sure you are using them correctly for your individual purpose.
Shipping
- We send all our UK deliveries using Royal Mail
- Items are usually dispatched within 1 -2 working days.
- I can always provide a tracking number when asked for your parcel. 1st and second class post dont contain detailed information unlike tracked postage but it will give proof of delivery.
- Lost or missing postage – If your package hasn’t arrived within 1 week of your order being completed please notify us so i can check the tracking .
- missing parcels must be reported to us within 10 days of order completed so we can take action with Royal mail
- If your parcel is deemed lost by tracking we have to wait 10 working days from the approximated due date of the parcel before we can look into the whereabouts of your parcel. (Royal mail policy)
- After this date we can then escalate a claim with the delivery company and depending on the outcome of this we will replace your items or refund.
- It’s your responsibility to ensure postal address is correct at the time of placing your order as shipping labels are printed direct from the website from the information given.

- We aim to handle any complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible and take all complaints seriously and use valuable information from investigating to help us improve the service we provide. We treat all complaints in confidence.
- We will acknowledge a complaint within 3 working days and give you the name and contact details of the person investigating it.
- We will keep you informed about the progress of the investigation. We aim to have all complaints finished within 28 working days unless we agree a different time scale with you.
