2. Glue the middle inner circle only to the backboard with the outer number reel in place to ensure perfect alignment.
3. Apply glue to the top of the fixed inner circle and place the top frame on. Furthermore, if you plan on using paint pens, we highly recommend applying a light coat of clear varnish (like Polyvine) to seal the wood first. Consequently, this ensures your pen colors remain vibrant and crisp without bleeding into the wood fibers.
