Easy Assembly and Expert Crafting Tips

We have designed the MDF Coaster and Holder Set with a user-friendly slot-together mechanism. For the most successful build, we recommend assembling the base, front, and back of the holder first, before finally slotting the sides into place. Consequently, you can achieve a perfectly square and secure box. While the pieces fit snugly, we suggest using a small amount of wood adhesive during assembly for permanent stability. Specifically, we recommend painting the holder once it is fully assembled. However, if you choose to paint the pieces separately, you must be careful not to apply thick layers of paint or varnish over the tabs, as this may prevent them from fitting into the slots. If this occurs, simply sand the tabs back until they fit correctly.
